We send you an E-mail confirmation to thank you for your order and to ensure we have your delivery address correct. After you reply, we dispatch your order. We then send you another E-mail to confirm that your order has been dispatched. click here.

Please make sure you have given us your correct E-mail address. We occasionally receive E-mail addresses with www. in front of it or people put .net instead of .com ...
Problems are rare, but 99% of the time that a contact error occurs, it is because of a problem with an E-mail address.
If you have not heard from us within three days of placing your order, please first make sure that you have your correct E-mail address and then contact us.
Most orders are dispatched the same day. 99.9% of orders are dispatched within two days maximum.
What is the delivery charge?
Delivery charge is $2.60 for everyone worldwide.
When will I receive my purchase?
All orders before 6.00pm dispatched same day, otherwise, dispatched next morning.
Saturday evening and Sunday orders dispatched Monday morning.
